		<description>Thanks!  Off the top of my head I want to say I used the Wilton tips #2 and #4, but I don&#039;t have the numbers memorized so I could be off slightly.  Basically I just used a larger round tip pipe the red, starting small and then adding pressure to increase the size towards the top.  Then I used a smaller round tip for the green topper: just make a little &quot;3&quot; shape and pull up a tail at the very top before stopping.  Keep in mind those are small peppers for the mini cupcakes.  Anne (see the link to the recipe) made some awesome looking peppers from colored melting discs that I think would work great on larger cupcakes.</description>
